Memoirs of a Cow on Tour
Well you'd hope so really as its 6 months to the day since I last blogged!
Have had a farkin awesome last few weeks rampaging around the globe and visiting many paddocks and cows in their natural habitats.
Will give ya the lowdown and ringo the rest of me phots if anyone wants to view or steal
First stop was Tokyo where I met up with Joey and Kat and Toby for the weekend before they headed off to India. Was fuckn rad to see them again and had so much fun at all ya can drink karaoke that I drunkenly declared I was moving to Tokyo...
Happy Bday to Kat for the 18th Too!
Joey and I stayed in a rad hotel that gave us lotsve cool free stuff like a nightie and headband(which later became my fave hiding greasy hair travelling accessory)
Sun morn sporting large hangovers a rice ball and a can of coffee Jo and I jumped on the train and headed to Matsumoto for Jo's random Xmas carol singin event
Sung with hagged as voices at a shopping mall, an old peops home (with random flexible grandmas kneeling on mats) and my fave destination a childrens orphanage with the sweetest kids ever. really wanted to take one home
THat night I parted ways with Joey and jumped on a train to go to a ski town in Nagano called Hakuba - any ski/snow boarders readin I highly recommend - it was fuckn awesome!
Met a random scottish guy Adrian on the train who became my riding/drinking buddy for the next three days.
Went to possibly the coolest bar I've ever been with uber interactive barman who played heaps of drinking games and stocked us up on free drinks.
After ridiculously large quantities of booze he asked me to shave his head so shave his head I did
Before, during and after shots
But most importantly the Snow! and what snow it was. I wasn't holding out for much as forecast was pretty much shit with minimal lift operation. little did I know that minimal lift operation = way more fuck off slopes than I have ever seen before.
To be continued...
